Our production takes place in our modern cleanrooms in Capelle aan den IJssel. You are welcome to audit our facilities and experience for yourself how we guarantee quality down to the last detail.

We are SKAL certified, which means we are officially authorized to produce, store, and trade organic products. As an active member of the Dutch Natural and Health Products Association (NPN), we stay constantly informed about the latest developments in legislation and regulations. After production is complete, you can download the quality certificate for each product via our customer portal.
With the aid of a fully integrated quality system, we have mapped out the required characteristics for each raw material, with which raw materials are very regularly analyzed for possible contaminants by an independent ISO-certified laboratory. Some of these parameters are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), heavy metals, and microbiological contamination.
Your food supplements are produced under strict conditions in our advanced clean-rooms in Rotterdam. You are very welcome to visit us and have a look!
Because we have extensive machinery at our disposal, we can produce both small and large batches. For a tailor-made food supplement, ordering is possible from as little as 30,000 tablets or capsules.
Excipients are required at all times to make a processable blend to make tablets or capsules. Because we have built up a track record in nutritional supplements, we know precisely which excipients are needed for your product.
Our starting point is to use as few excipients as possible. In some cases, it is also possible to choose natural excipients such as rice flour and rice fiber extract.
We are happy to take care of the entire process for you, from raw material to end product. Before including raw material in our portfolio, we carry out various checks and map out all the characteristics we receive from our qualified suppliers. This enables us to offer the very highest quality in our Online Formulator. The processing of raw materials supplied by customers is, therefore, not possible.
